Summary | 0003184: differ email notification between reported and monitored bugs
Description | I often report new bugs and get then notified about changes at them. In some times I'm interested in bugs, I didn't report, so I switch on monitoring. When something happens at such a bug (note, state change etc.), I get then notified too, but I can't differentiate (filter) such a mail automatically to another drawer. It would be very helpful, if monitored bugs have a hint about that fact either in the subject or at the beginning of the body.

If this hint is added, it should only be added if the email is sent ONLY because of monitoring. In other words, if the reporter of the bug monitors it, he/she mainly get the notification because of being a reporter rather than monitoring the bug. |

totally agreed. When creating this changerequest I looked at the system as someone, who found an interesting change request reported by another person. |

why not adding for example in the mail "you receive this mail because : you are monitoring this bug" ? |
