Summary	0031873: Bug Status is changed from Reopen to Open when any notes/document is added (Details are below)
Description	Status of bug is changing from REOPEN to OPEN when any document is uploaded or any notes are added against a bugs.
Steps To Reproduce	Log any bug. Change the status to Fixed. Change the status to Reopen Add Notes Upload a document Submit. Status will be changed from Reopen to Open

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Please use the forums to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details). You should add any status related configuration, so that someone is able to reproduce the issue starting from a fresh install based on latest stable version (2.25.5 at the moment). Feel free to reopen this issue if you finally should find that the problem is not caused by your configuration.
