Description | I have a user A with REPORTER permissions and I need that this user can see bugs reported by him and other specifics bugs reported by other user B. With the User B have created a new bug X and have added the user A to list of users monitoring that bug If user A look for the bug X, he can access to the bug, only with search for ID bug, but user A can´t see the bug X in 'Mi view->'Monitoring for me' page block or result of 'View Bugs' How can I config the installation or what changes does I have to do for user A can see the bug X as a result in 'View bugs' and ? | ||||

I'm not able to reproduce this. The Monitored by Me box on My View Page does show all monitored bugs, regardless of whether the monitoring was started by the user themselves, or by another user. Same for View Issues page. |

What do you need? I have posted images with two bugs, one of them created by another user (user_B) than added user_A to monitoring users. With these, user_A can access to detail of the bug but he can find the bug in 'View issues' |

Yes I saw your screenshots. But following the same steps in a fresh install the behavior is as expected (i.e. user_A sees the 2 issues in My View / View issues pages) so it must be something specific to your environment that's causing the problem, and I have no idea what. The following information may be useful:

Finally I could resolve. I made a new installation :
User_A continued without see the issue of user_B. User_A could access the issue but not see as a result. I have two plugins that I uninstalled , but the result is the same. Finally I logged as an administrator in Administration->Config Administration->Workflow Limits and unchecked the 'Limit the access of informants to access only to their own Incidents' and now I see the option 'View incidents from other users (if not set, access will be restricted to incidents reported, assigned or monitored by the user).' With these option uncheked for REPORTER , they can see the bugs that are monitoring. If I want that DEVELOPER or higher ROL can see all issues I have only marked in these option. |
