Hi Team,

Is is possible to change workflow configuration of a project such that whenever a current status=Resolved incident is updated/re-assigned . The new status of the incident changes to assigned.

If yes, kindly help us with the necessary amendments required.

If I understand correctly, you want the status of a RESOLVED issue to be set to ASSIGNED whenever it is updated.

This is not feasible out-of-the-box, but you should be able to achieve that with a custom plugin, hooking EVENT_UPDATE_BUG.

This seems too specific a feature to consider implementing in the core product, so I'm resolving this as "no change required".
