sorry, I can't register at you phorum and get help there, it always reports my e-mail has been banned, no matter, what adress I type

I need help with e-mail encoding. All messages from bug tracker come in Western and I need cyrrilic 1251. Where can I change it?

It's very stupid to change system because of such a little thing like this, but I can't use the system, that sends awfull letters to my clients and partners, and I can't use the system, that has no support. And you seem to suffer from technical problems with your support and your forum, and don't seem to even try to fix them.
