Description	Make the first line of project description a tooltip (title attribut of <a> tag) for project links, especially in project bar. function print_project_menu_bar()

onad 2007-05-14 08:15 reporter ~0014521	IMHO the idea is good, if one has a lot of projects and people need to file a bug it is not always clear to them to which project to file it, this requested feature makes it somewhat easier. However I think it is best first to finalize a stable 1.1.x.x then have a feature request release e.g. 1.2.x.x than a fix release etc. etc.
