I have a strange problem after adding the handler_id in the View Issue page. Somehow, the Assigned To field is blank when filtering by the project level (the project has subprojects). thanks guys for your comments. i just the handler to be in a separate column all together.

Monitoring status
I would like to know what should I put if the issue cannot be reproduced and I want to place the issue under monitoring.
Placing the issue as closed and resolved seems misleading. Other statuses seems as well.
Bottomline is I don't want to close the issue.
