I have not been able to send any emails for anything I do since I upgraded. I am looking in config_defaults_inc.php

$g_email_send_using_cronjob = off
, $g_phpMailer_method = 0
and $g_enable_email_notification? = On

please someone help me before I go crazy!!! In the last version of Mantis, I couldn't figure out how to stop all users from getting every email notification. Now, I've upgraded to 1.1.1 and no NO one, even me,the admin, is getting notified.

I am having a hard time with the email notifications. all my users are getting all emails for the project even though only the user who's issue it is and myself should get the email. Can someone explain to me the best way to set it up so that I always get notified, and the reporter ...

I installed mantis on my webserver; now when I type http://www.mysite.com/mantis it always takex me back to http://www.mysite.com/mantis/install.php

I realize this is very basic, but I am obv. missing something. How would I start 'using' the software?
