A "reminder"? I think this is a feature that the user can use to remind the developers about the problem?

Hi. We're using 1.1.1 and see that you can choose to monitor an issue yourself by clicking "Monitor Issue".

Is there a way to add other users who you want to be notified by email when the issue is updated?

Hi. We are getting a number of users on our support site. Apart from their access levels (developer/admin/etc), we'd like to be able to group them by which company they come from.

Is there a feature for this, or should I add it to the bug tracker as a potential future feature?

Is it tricky to upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2? I made several customisations to the look and feel and am nervous about spending time upgrading when I only need a small feature.

My alternative then is to program it into the PHP? Any tips on where to start?

Any ideas on this? Or do we need to develop it manually?

We're trying to find a way to get an email notification when a new issue is added. Is there a feature already available in the system, or do we need to modify code to get this?

Multiple accounts is an interesting idea, except that you would have to keep jumping between accounts and can't have your browser remember your login. Our software company works with a lot of small projects, so we have a lot of sections in Mantis that need to be set up, tweaked ...

Does anybody know more about this problem, or should I edit the code in order to provide this feature?
