Before templates get available (hopeful smile), it seems that it would be pretty easy to customize colors by hand (backgrounds and especially state colors).

Yet I'm not much of a graphic designer :)

Has anyone already changed the color set to something interesting? How would you go and ...

If you play with the $g_email_receive_own et al directives, don't quote the ON/OFF switch :D

Good point, but here (v 1.06) the project manager still does not get an email when a enw bug is submitted by a reporter.
I don't get any email either when I change bug statuses although I've set the appropriate parameters in the config.inc.php file.
