It is the relative path.... http://www.myurl.com/uploads/lwitherow/memlanetemplate/ is the direct path. I finally figured it out this morning... I'm putting in:
/uploads/lwitherow/memlanetemplate/
when it wanted
uploads/lwitherow/memlanetemplate/
I'm guessing the code that calls for the rest of the ...

Ok.. whenever I go to create a new project, I'm getting this error: Invalid upload path. Directory either does not exist or not writable to webserver I've have checked all the files involved.. and all are CMOD 777.. I've tried relative and absolute paths in the Upload File Path box.. and neither one ...

Yeah.. it would have been.. if I could have figured out how to log in as an administrator. I did this fix for it before you posted your reply with a password of root.

What I finally ended up doing was:
Create a new user for your admin account...
Then go to the database.. find where it stores the users... and in that string of text and numbers.. there is a 25... change that to 90 on the account you just created to change it to admin permissions.
This worked for ...

I'm having the same problem... It took me forever to finally get it to install.. kept getting an error until I made the admin username (used to create database) and admin password (used to create database) be the same as my database user and pass.... which is just craziness!! But that worked.. and ...
