I'am usin mantis through Apache Proxy (mantis placed in a local network, access to it through instruction ProxyPass, such as:

ProxyRequests Off
ProxyPass / https://192.168.0.2/mantis/
ProxyPassReverse / https://192.168.0.2/mantis/

), and i have URL like this - http://mantis.mycompany.com ...

I would respectfully suggest that it will be pretty hard to help you with this one. 0.18.3 is 2 years old next week and there have been over 10 minor and 2 major releases since then.

Installing the newer versions by hand (as opposed to by repository) should be pretty simple... what are ...

I have installed mantis on CentOS, and after installation i can not delete "administrator" account. The Mantis show shuch error:

APPLICATION ERROR #1200
