UPGRADE DOES NOT WORK
Hi.
I have had a very stable installation of 1.1.1 for over 4 years now. I wanted to upgrade to version 1.1.8. Copied the code files to the web server. And fire it up.
As soon as I get the login screen I get this.
WARNING: [53/63] The database structure may be out of date. Please upgrade here ...

I need users to be able to see information about a project, but to stop users from reporting further incidents. How do I do that?
