Has anyone got Mantis to create a ticket from email, In my case lotus notes. I looking to see if mantis can take a email and create a ticket in the mantis db so the ticket will be auto entered. Right now I have to go to the email copy and paste it in to mantis to create a case number. I would like ...

I'm trying to have lotus note 7 send the email to mantis and mantis create a ticket so we don't have to cut and paste the email into Mantis.
I't would be nice if it would send a auto email with the ticket number to the sender but that is not a big issue right now. we miss some of the email request ...

I would be happy to pay some one to get it to work for me. Let me know If any one wants to help.

I woiuld like when a request comes into lotus email (v7) the data would be put into mantis and it would create a ticket with the status of new.
Can any one help me make this happen?
