Is there any way to be able to more quickly manage the version information for a project.

The way i use is Manage > Manage Projects > find the correct project among a fast growing list > select the project > edit the version information.
At this point i go back to view bugs.

Isn't there an option ...

Because this bugtracker supports projects for different development parties.
When i log 10 bugs in project A (owned by partner A) and i log 1 bug in project B (owned by partner B) it files as bug 11.

My mantis bugtracker is being used by several 3rd parties who all log in on the same bugtracker.
With the different projects and user rights they can't see other's projects and bugs.
Since the project versions are a hell to manage i'm thinking about having the 3rd parties manage their own ...

I don't understand. We have another "outdated" Mantis bugtracking project running which uses these prefixed and it does exactly what i want from it.
The problem is that the webmaster isn't available anymore and i have no access to the sources.

Is there any other "fix" you can recommend?

I have set up a bug tracking site which is available for multiple partners.
They each have a different project assigned.
