Hallo we have Mantis 1.0.5 in german language.
When we write an German Umlaut in the Bug, the letter doesn't show us in the database. In Mantis 1.0.3 there was no Problem with umlaut, where is our Problem?

I have lokked for the ERROR again.
There ist a messege in the ERROR:
Datenbankabfrage fehlgeschlagen. Die Reportmeldung lautet #2006: MySQL server has gone away für die Abfrage: INSERT INTO mantis_bug_file_table
(bug_id, title, description, diskfile, filename, folder, filesize, file_type, date ...

The file is about 1MB or 2MB, but Mantis show that we can upload files to 4,000K.
When we do this the Error 401 will come.

We get the Application Error 401, when we Upload files.

Hello,
I have update our old mantis database from Mantis 0.18.3 to Mantis 1.0.oct.
We have an other mantis Database in 1.0.oct. So we want to have the two Database in One.
We have Apache2, PHP 4.3.0, PHPMyadmin 2.3.2 and MySQL 3.23.53
