I just realized I posted this on the Mantis Plugins forum and meant to post it here. Sorry for the duplicate post.

I'm a new user and just trying to get my bearings and choose the best route to take for setting up Mantis for my needs. I would like to make my customizations survive future ...

I know this thread is a bit old, but I'm a new user and I'm finding it hard to figure out what's current or not. For example, I found the plugin manager here:

with which you can install plugins directly from mantis which is great.

I too would like to add this functionality but the download link is broken. Does this file exist?
