Product Version not working

Hello,

I'm running 1.2 RC.
When reporting or updating a ticket as a "Updater" user type, the Product Version list is always empty. I have added several product versions to the list already.
I finally realized that the versions only show in the list if the version number is set as "Released".

I'm running 1.2 RC now. Looked everywhere and couldn't find where I can activate the time tracking feature.

Any ideas?

I've added the code above to my config file and I'm still not getting any of the time tracking features. :(

Is there another switch or thing I should check for?
