When I have the g_file_upload_method = DATABASE do I need to add anything to the Upload File Path of the project property?

Deleteing The beginning admin user?
seems pretty impossible since it is given a fake email and is protected.
Lift protection recieve error can't email user
Change Email receive error can't access user because it is protected
Finally just deleted the darned thing directly from the database useing phpMyAdmin.
This needs to be fixed ...
