we host our application, all our customers are on the same version, when we release a version everyone gets it. i want to archive off the previous versions as we would never assign bugs to them, is there a way to do this? i dont want to delete them

i am an admin on the default project and a developer, i have set it up so developers get email alerts, now i get 2 emails, shouldnt the email be user distinct?

the way i work it is resolved is when the developer bleaves he has fixed the issue, then a member of our testing team tests the problems and agrees that the issue has been resolved, they then close it

is there a way i can take a issue ticket and assign a unreleased version number to indicate that the fix is planned for that version?

this will be in the next release according to the change log
