Sort by Prio & severity

We use Severity and Priority in Mantis which both decide the importance of issues. However, we cannot sort based on the two to work top down on the most pressing issues which is why I created a seperate excel sheet for this which sorts issues based on the following score: immediate, crash 120 immedi...

Re: Cannot import :-(

I actually wanted to use the plugin from mantis itself (import/export). I just noticed that it only accepts xml formats? Having a problem with converting xls (or csv) to XML...somehow the xml maps are not exported....(but thats another problem). I'll give the plugin a go (if IT decides to enable it....

Re: Forcing "Update Fixed in Version" when issue is "Resolve

I tried the example as stated in http://www.mantisbt.org/manual/manual.customizing.mantis.custom.functions.example.custom.function.php . However, when I trigger an error, I get: "APPLICATION ERROR #ERROR_BUG_VALIDATE_FAILURE" And not as expected: "fixed in version must be set to resol...

Make "Fixed in" field required

I want to make the field "Fied in" requered when the status is set to resolved. I can do this with custom fields, but not with this one (basic code). I already have a plugin where you can decide to make version and target version fields required, but that is for all statusses. Is there an ...

Re: Disable Daily mail

I found out where to fix this. Somehow the custom config file did not pick up the excludes. So it is now programmed directly into the custom_reminder.php file.

I anyone would like to see this solution, let me know and I'll post it....

Re: Disable Daily mail

Just found where I can make exceptions. But I have to do this manually for all users. Is there ni plugin available to exclude certain users from the send list? In custom_reminder_config_inc.php: # User excepted # As g_excepted_date with the username $g_excepted_user[] = array( 'administrator' => arr...

Re: Disable Daily mail

It is not a plugin but "standerd" mantis functionality (see feature request from some time ago: http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=6465)

Disable Daily mail

Hi all, I get a daily mail with all issues that are not yet resolved and to which I'm assigned. However, the question arose if this can be disabled per person (or project or other), but I cannot seem to find where this option is turned on/off (not in manage users / configuration / config). Anyone an...

Re: Change my view page settings

But I do not want to see the closed issues only those still active and assigned to me. In the past there was a plugin (<version 2.0?) where you could indicate yourself what you wanted to see. I would very much like to have that option again (and no I'm not a developer so I cannot create this myself).

Change my view page settings

Hi,

I would like to see all issues assigned to me including the resolved status. However, it now does not show resolved. How can I change this filter?

Branch / Trunk testing

Hi all, I have a problem as follows; At the moment we are using SCRUM as a development proces which works fine. With this, every story (feature) is first created in a brach and if deemed good enough by QA, migrated to the trunk. The trunk will only consist of migrated stories and (direct) bugfixes. ...

Ordening of Categories

At the moment categories are ordered alphabetically. However, I would like to have a different ordening (e.g. Other should be at the bottem). Is this possible without the use of numbers in front of it?
