Just wanted to drop a message in here to say that I had a value of 20 in the project_id field for some reason, I edited the table to value 0 and the install was then successful. I was trying to upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.2 however when that didn't work I tried 1.1.1 to 1.8 which also failed. Upgrades ...
