How to get highest issue ID by script via cron?
Hello,
does somebody knows a way to get the highest issue ID by script?
Access to tracker or db (mysql) using admin data is no problem.
I like to create some stats about our tracking system.
Appreciating any hint, tip or idea.
Thank you.

Re: How to show custom hint at login screen
Hello Atrol, your idea is not exactly what I was looking for ;-) Spending a lot of time is not possible for me. Can you point me to any plugin related help resources? Haven't found anything in administration_guide.pdf Cheers, Mark EDIT: Just found http://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master/en/developers.ht...

How to show custom hint at login screen
Hello, we use LDAP authentication for our bugtracker. Not all services use LDAP, so users have multiple usernames and passwords. My claim is to show a hint at login screen. That hint explains which username format should be used. Is there way apart from hacking core files to show addtional informati...

How to add my own css code?
Hello, there is css/default.css which is delivered with Mantis. In config file I found variable "$g_css_include_file" to use other css file. First thought was "Cool, I can use default.css and use $g_css_include_file to append my css code from separate file". But behaviour is diff...

Hmmh.atrol wrote: Is this documentation?
I had no look at source code, but I think MantisBT core should be installable in a standard installation without having the need to customize anything manually in config_inc.php (at least if email is disabled)
I will address it to "installation"

Re: 1.2.1: check.php complains BAD about System/Localtime
Just checked "config_defaults_inc.php".
Found "$g_default_timezone".
I have set it to "Europe/Berlin" in "config_inc.php".
BAD finally went away?
Should I file an issue regarding documentation?
Cheers

1.2.1: check.php complains BAD about System/Localtime
Check.php says:
Checking if timezone is valid from config.inc.php....
System/Localtime BAD
Where to set it?
Just checked administration_guide.pdf and couldn't find any config parameter.
Cheers

How to manage deadlines for issues?
I run 1.2.0 and question myself how to manage a deadline for an issue?
My intention:
Create an issue and add deadline (due date) to it.
It would be perfect if assigned person would receive a notification when deadline is reached.
Or before (x days).
Best regards

Re: Set BT to readonly cause it is a mirror
We still use 1.1.8 and had no luck using this parameters.
Switching MySQL slave server to read_only brought the solution and Mantis works fine.
Now Mediawiki has a problem but that doesn't belong here
Best regards
