nevermind i got it to work

I have decided to use apache instead of iis due to svn access reasons

but i cant seem to get mantis to redirect from http://localhost/mantis to the login page

i also need help to integrate a local repo that i made using tortoise svn
and mantis

actually i already have meta installed
but after removing and dloading a fresh copy of meta it works

For some reason i cant install the other plugins though meta has been installed

Running Mantis:v1.20

any thoughts?
