You should update to a newer version of MantisBT which is still supported. 1.0.3 is pretty old.
Maybe your problem is fixed after update. If not, there is a better chance for you to find users with the same probem and to get it fixed.

I've recently discovered an odd issue with a Mantis site that I have set up.
When a user visits login_page.php, if they are not logged in and click on the "Lost your password?" or the "Signup for a new account" links instead of being sent to the appropriate page, the login_page.php ...
