I found a issue #0011965 and patch for it. But since it for v1.2.1 i edit a litle bit for v1.2.5 and apply. Only one bug: counter updates every time page reload. Please, help me fix this issue. Tnx!

Сразу оговорюсь, пользуюсь MantisBT v1.2.2 .
На странице входа не отображается captcha http://img195.imageshack.us/i/loginpagen.png/ , хотя если обращаться по ссылке make_captcha_img.php?public_key=xxxxx http://img21.imageshack.us/i/makecaptchaimg.jpg/ , то captcha генерится нормально ...

On localhost php_version - 5.3.0, my hoster use - 5.2.x (php_info is not allowed now )
Your fresh install works fine too.

На некоторых бесплатных хостингах может не отсылаться почта из-за настроек, сам недавно с этим столкнулся на freehostia. Предлагают проапгрейдить аккаунт и тогда всё будет ОК!

I have the same problem. On diff machines with diff OS, on localhost and on my hosting expand/collapse doesn't work! But on mantisbt.org/bugs all seems great.
I use Mantis version 1.2.2.
