the bug_id field is an auto increment value that is set in the database table.

If you deleted all bug, then you should set this paramenter to 1.

Yes...as far as I remember, you need to edit the project and choose private....

I would like to create one dynamic custom field that generates all the users with developer acess level.

Is it possible? How can I do it? in wich file should I place such a function?
How can I associate the custom field with that function?

Yes.....

There is a parameter in config_defaults_inc.php that can help you.

take a look:

# access level needed to be able to be listed in the assign to field.
$g_handle_bug_threshold = DEVELOPER;
# access level needed to show the Assign To: button bug_view*_page or
# the Assigned list in bug ...

Go to manage, manage configuration, Workflow Thresholds and uncheck handle and issue regarding the administrator acess level.

I think I managened it.....created new acess level (team), wich his just a dummy account, that has the email like the list I wanted, then

$g_handle_bug_threshold= TEAM

in the assign to list just appears administrators and those list!!!!!

works for me!!!!

I would like to customize the assign to drop down list, with the values that I want.

Those values would be distributions lists, with the purpose of those distribution lists be notified of new bug assigned to them, and not just one person.

Also I would like to remove all other user in that ...

1 - what is the path for custom_constant and custom strings?
it should be ../mantis/

2 - at the end of the file, do you have any space?
after the ?> there shouldn´t exists anything....

If you change your localhost alias with your ip adress (http:\\11.111.11.11\mantis\... instead os http:\\localhost\mantis) when you login mantis, it sends te email with IP, not localhost
