I use the version 1.2.3 of MantisBT.

I found a solution to resolve this problem : I install the plugin LongCF and all is ok !
Now I have no problem with custom fields ... I'm not sure that is the best solution but for the moment it's great.


I have another question about the plugin "MyReport ...

I configured several names (five to be exact) :
it's in french : "Portail Applicatif|Chrono|FNC|Archive|Evaluation des fournisseurs"

Is it a limitation for the number of values ? Or characters ?

I found the solution: it should not put emphasis in custom fields !

Now, I have a second question : is it possible to add a new column only for the export to excel ?

I have a little problem with the use of "Manage all columns" in the latest version of Mantis.
Indeed, I would like to add a column containing one of my custom fields. But I have a problem because it doesn't work (APPLICATION ERROR # 2601).
Yet this field appears in "all columns ...

I update PHPto 5.3.3 and mantisbt to 1.2.3 but I have the same problem.

But just one time, I can change one password for a user ! But now I can't change again !

Is it possible that there have a variable number which blocks the change password ?

I have the same problem : I can't update a password of a new user ! But I managed to change the password on some users, I think it's random ...

I have no error in the log-files of my webserver (Apache 2.2.11)

Après quelques recherches, à priori le problème viendrait de la page "account_update.php" qui ne se charge jamais.

Le problème et c'est la toute la difficulté, c'est que j'arrive à changer les mots de passe de certains utilisateurs et pour d'autres je n'y arrive pas !

J'ai une petite question tout bête mais qui m'empêche de mettre en place totalement mantis.

J'aurai voulu en effet savoir s'il y a une limite d'utilisateur dans chaque droit d'accès (rapporteur, développeur, testeur ..).

J'ai en effet réussi à créer un utilisateur rapporteur, un testeur ...
