Re: FTP Upload - APPLICATION ERROR #503

For anyone following this thread and interested in a solution for Mantis 1.2.3 (maybe others, don't know): config_inc.php settings: $g_file_upload_method = FTP; $g_file_upload_ftp_server = 'name.myserver.com'; $g_file_upload_ftp_user = 'FTPuser'; $g_file_upload_ftp_pass = 'FTPpassword'; $g_absolute_...

Re: File Upload Error: SYSTEM WARNING: ftp_put ()

Was there a solution found to this?

I've got the same thing happening which I've posted on this thread: http://www.mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9347.

Thanks in advance.

Re: FTP Upload - APPLICATION ERROR #503

Hi again, So we can upload files now to our FTP server as I mentioned in my last post. The Upload File Path automatically appends a backslash following your file path no matter what. Because my file path has forward slashes in it (my FTP address), I believe the error occurs due to forward and backwa...

Re: FTP Upload - APPLICATION ERROR #503

Sorry, the PHP version on the production server is 5.3.3. I had 5.3.0 on my local wamp server. There was no particular reason FTP was chosen over DISK other than convenience really. One reason, Istvanb, that we decided not to store files in our database is because we didn't want our database to get ...

Re: FTP Upload - APPLICATION ERROR #503

I am getting the same error when trying to upload via FTP. One copy of Mantis gets this error: PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in D:\Inetpub\WatMantis\Mantis\core\html_api.php on line 697 PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in D:\Inetpub\WatMantis\Mantis\core\html_api.php on line 698 PHP Notice: Undefin...

Issue Notifications in an Item Manager System

Hey everyone, At work we use this Configuration Item Manager to manage all of our products. I use Mantis to keep track of bugs relating to any of these products. I have created a custom field with a list of these products (hundreds) and added the field in the search filter. What would be great in th...

Re: Signup and Lost Password not Displaying on Mantis Login

You are exactly right, I turned that off for the meantime and when I turned it back on, the links reappeared. Seems to be a bug like you said.

Thanks a lot,

Trevor

Re: How to change reporter of the ticket?

My screenshot looks the same as yours where Edit doesn't look like you can click on it at all. If you actually try and click on it though I believe it should create the drop down menu for you to change the reporter. It does for me and like I said, the edit reporter 'looks' like it's the only field y...

Signup and Lost Password not Displaying on Mantis Login

Hi everyone, I just created this account. I've been working with Mantis the last couple weeks implementing it at work and importing issues over from an in-house software package written 10 years ago. I've also been customizing Mantis to fit my employer's needs and my own stylistic desires. I am new ...
