What if is still does not work...
I have my hosting with goDaddy, I was thinking that it was because of windows, but is not working on linux either:
windows:
http://sepuweb.com/mantisbt
linux:
http://heldersepu.com/mantisbt
and the testmail is giving errors:
http_//sepuweb.com/mantisbt/testmail ...
