Can anybody tell me how I need to configure the plugin so it does not destroy Mantis' link replacement thing? There seem to be people that successfully use it, I guess

What are your priority settings? I tried "1" and "5" for MantisBT KK Highlight 0.4.6, but the links wont get clickable.
I'm using only 2 plugins in total: MantisBT KK Highlight 0.4.6 and MantisBT Formatting 1.0a. Both have priority 3 now.
