Hello, friends.

I setup the Mantis for the first time. Never do it before.

I am experiencing problems concerning configure the email, it doesnt work at all.

My setup is:

- Mantis 1.2.5
- Easyphp 5.3.6.0
- Postgresql 9.0.3
- Windows 7

Please anyone can help me?
