Within the latest version you also can change a config var and include your own header file
$g_top_include_page = '%absolute_path%your_header.php';
At the moment the file exists this file is used instead of the standard.

I want to ask is it possible to integrate mantis with joomla in such way: mantis use user database (username, realname, mail, password) from joomla - I want to elimiante the neccesity of double-registering. Help!
