Victor.....is the copyright info required at the bottom of the web page of a mantis installation? I wanted to remove some of the footer info such as the powered by mantis logo and queries but was unsure if i would be permitted to remove the copyright info from the webpage.

It might be stating the obvious but did you first select a file (either by typing the path in or clicking on the browse button) before clicking on the upload button?

Does mantis send out emails when it should for other scenarios? Like when a bug is created? Knowing this might help to understand as it might be a different cause if the system is sending out NO emails vs. just no emails for account create.

I don't think the tool is set up to "recycle" old Issue #s like this. I think it would be better to simply update the existing bug rather than deleting it if you want it to have the same Issue #.

Question: I'm fairly new to open source so this may be a stupid question....does the license require me to display the "Powered by Mantis Bugtracker" link/logo a the bottom of the html?

And also the copyright notice?
