I have installed this plugin and it works great with out any trouble..

Now I am looking to add the Hours( total time spent on a ticket)to the print column's...Didn't get to figure out how this can be done? Can someone help..

Just a followup question, does the email goes all the updater or updaters who is member of the project from where issues are open? Basically I will like to have project based notification.

I checked this, all users in the projects has preference set to receive email on New issues? Do we have any log files settings so that we can trouble shoot?

Thank you atrol! Yes, I have already enabled all the access level for new. I do have 2 reporter, 1 manager, 1 developer for a projects. All this users are assigned to a project.
