I had a user 'fooman' who is, by default, a manager.

For one project, I added fooman as an administrator to that project. As a result of this, fooman gets an "Access Denied" when he clicks on his Manage tab.

Deleting fooman from the project and re-adding him as a manager, tho, works fine and fixes ...
