Is there anyway that at bug creation, one can tag at once, instead, create bug and then tag ?

In version 1.2.X, in "My View" section, if I was in "All Project", I could see all Issues of all projects listed in "Assigned to Me", but in Version 1.3.x it shows nothing. If I switch to a project with Issues, I see all asigned to me..

How can I revert this behaviour that was in 1.2.X ...

No I didn't change or added the g_display_errors.

The config_inc.php is the one created by the installer. It happens with a new and clean installation.

I have filled a bug report, I just found the root of issue. It's related to PHP error_reporting setting
