when we assign tickets a user is in the field "assign to" alwas preselect.
Ist is possible to change that no user is preselect?

when I write an e-mail with priority high the email reporting plugin create in mantis a ticket with priority urgent.
How can I change it, that the plugin create a mail with priority high?

I have activate in Microsoft Exchage, that the emails convert into plain text version. Now it works.

Hello everybody,

we use Mantis 1.2.14 with EmailReporting 0.9.0-dev.

When I write a html mail in outlook, mantis create a ticket without word wraps.
I think it is a problem with the charset, because text mails works fine!

So which charset i had to use?
