I set config_inc.
when I create a user, mantis sending an email to the user in the form:

https://localhost/mantis/verify.php?id= ... 257c18709c.

I cannot access to this link

When I can change this link.

But ,I want to know the file that must be modified.

I have install MantisBT-1.2.15 the first time.
I created a new user, but I not received within a confirmation email.

We have email on our domain.

how can I configure Mantis and manage the Email.
