Je suis un peu désespéré.
j'ai une installation de Mantis qui fonctionne plutôt bien (version 1.2.17).

J'utilise "Email Reporting" pour la création des tickets dès réception de mails dans une boite support.
Par contre, je ne parviens pas à envoyer un mail automatiquement au rapporteur (expéditeur ...

Dans le même cas également : aucun mail envoyé.
Merci de préciser la démarche pour que le rapporteur recoive lui aussi un mail.
