My recomendation is tkink very well pros and cons!! It's very very very difficult to customize if you want to touch the code!!

I want to export states changes to issues.

This is the way to measure time beetwen all states (assigned, scaled, waiting more info from customer...) and create a SLA report.

Whats the table(s) where Mantis save all state changes? I think the posibility to extrar data directly...

Hi all,

I have a very big problem with my mantis installation:

all events takes a long time (open a new issue, assigned one to user,...). Example 1 minute to open a new issue.
If I open other session I can check this new issue has been create very quicky but my first screen main 'block' 1 minute ...
