Is there anyway to distinguish the admins/devs/managers etc color in the ticket view?
Example:
There is no CSS class and I cannot figure out how to add one to specific groups?
Any help would be appreciated.

Is there anyway to distinguish the admins/devs/managers etc color in the ticket view?
