im getting error while upgrading mantis to higher 2.17 to 2.24 version as

Attempting to connect to database as admin ::: BAD Does administrative user have access to the database? ( php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known )

what this solution??

how to upgrade from windows mantis version 2.17.0 to 2.18.0 in windows

we have been using mantis in our organization from last couple of years and slowly over time data has grown up , almost 12000k bugs/entries have been entered and sql has a data size of 14GB so when ever we add note or click other pages or search for bugs/tracking id it takes a lot of time to pull ...

1. all previous notes is not showing its blank
2. unable to add or delete any notes .
