In reference to my earlier question. Additionally, can we patch the php file or something to add Notes to the Excel/CSV column display?

Hi.

I'm using Mantis Version is 1.2.15-2. For this version, reports do not display the Notes & Attachment columns.

Since Mantis uses MySQL DB, can we extract the report along with the Notes & Attachment columns thru a SQL query on the DB level...?

I found out that user may have only cleared the browser cache and not cookies previously.

I've asked user to clear again the browser cache and the cookies. Will update you when the user reverts.

Recently, one of our users clicked on Summary and got the following error :

APPLICATION WARNING #2702: Your session has become invalidated.

The user has had no problems until now.

I assume this was a cache issue so we cleared the cache, rebooted the PC and ...

Can the default value be changed for like 1 project only?

I'm using MantisBT 1.2.15.

In the Summary page, there is a limit to the no. of reporters to display in the 'Reporter Stats' box. The default value is 10. ($g_reporter_summary_limit)

Does anyone know how to increase the default value to >10, pls?

I want to export my issues for one project using 'Excel Export'. The excel columns in the spreadsheet are fixed. I would like to add another column for 'Notes'.

If it were left to me, I would have upgraded it already. But I guess I'll have to let my tech team deal with this as there are approval processes to go through before an upgrade can be done

Meantime, is there a way with the current version to add the 'Reopen' and 'Close' labels for the rejected status?

Yes, I've checked earlier and both rows are ticked.

Is it because I added the new status 'rejected', that's why the buttons are not visible for the new status?
