Hello, is it possible to disable email notifications when a user is just added to monitor the issue ? It is not neccessary to receive email notification when you are handler and some user added to monitoring another user (reporter). Brand new added user should receive it though. It is the latest one...

It is possible to do this in Mantis 1.3.0 ? There is the new import section in settings. However XML excel export seems to be wrong. I tried to export something - but importing is 0 problems.
