Using: MantisBT 1.2.19
With Plug-in: Taskodrome 0.1
(in a local-host environment)
Installed the Taskodrome and could drag but NOT Drop.
so I could not re-assign any issue to someone else by drag-and-drop.
Whom could help me with this issue?

Indeed :
1) The Regular Users (U1) should keep sending emails when they modify another ones issues.
2) The Specific Administrative user (U2) does bulk modifications and should not send any Email at All.
Both users (U1 & U2) their modifications should be added in the issue/ticket-notes ...
