I have enabled $g_limit_reporters but I would also like reporter to be able to see some issues that were set (monitor) by them, is this possible?

So far I only encounter issues when using variable $g_core_path and $g_class_path in config file while $g_library_path and $g_language_path are working perfectly

I have tested using config file but the following doesn't seems to work $g_core_path and $g_class_path also I can't seems to find documentation on config_path
Any ideas?

There are some regressions in 1.3.4, e.g. this one might be the root cause of your issue http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=21964 I recommend to use 1.3.3 or to wait for 1.3.5 (should be available in about one week) or manually apply this patch https://github.com/mantisbt/mantisbt/commit/fcb8...

just done mantis 1.3.4 installation but all my custom field not longer display data when using print options and print to word option
