What is the simplest way to include the Mantis Id in the Summary field on the View Issues page? We would like to mimic the way it looks on the main bug view page, like

Unmonitor another user?
Forgive me if I am overlooking this somewhere, but is it possible to remove someone from a monitor list, be it an admin or manager-- anyone besides the user? I've been asked several times to remove people from lists (or unmonitor them) and cannot find how.
