Mantis 1.3.2 on oracle 11g installation problem
Dear support Team, I am trying to install Mantis release 1.3.2 on IIS8 Web Server on Windows Server 2012 R2 64 bit using existing Oracle Server database (11.2.0.4, 64 bit). I have succsessfully installed an Oracle client 11.2 32 bit Software, and have setted ORACLE_HOME and TNS_ADMIN env parameters....
