My configuration is different : Siteground (hosting company) with my proper mail adress.

That configuration of mantis/config/ config_inc.php is it good ?

I have created two additional fields (list select and radio button), they appear well in the consultation page of the bug file.

If I use a simple email sending script, it works but not with testmail.php
